This place is all I can say is wow ! I called today because I needed help and in my own mind I wanted it now I was sick of how I was living but Jasmine got me in today! How crazy is that !!!! She rocks like complete kiddos from me

The Haverhill office is conveniently located near Merrimack Valley Hospital. There is plenty of parking available at the medical center right in front of our office. After parking, enter the gray building and go to suite 505.

Chad Saint-Amant is an Assistant Medical Director and a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner at New Horizons Medical Assistant Medical Director

Chad is a board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Chad completed his clinical training and obtained his master’s degree at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN.

Stella Uchendu has been practicing medicine for 4 years and Addiction Medicine for 3 years. She holds a baccalaureate degree in Nursing Science from Salem State University and a Master of Science in Nursing Practice from Regis College.

My mission is to focus on the person as a whole, as well as the family members, and address the trauma while finding new ways to cope with their addiction
