Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner

Position type:
part-time (1-3 days/week; 8-24 hours per week)
Location:
Brookline, Framingham, Haverhill, Lynn, Quincy in Massachusetts as well as remotely through telemedicine platforms.
Primary Responsibilities:
PMNHP will provide individual psychiatric assessments, participate in client follow-up sessions and provide medication management. PMNHP will work closely with the lead Psychiatrist for coordination of care, training, and supervision.
Requirements:
- Medical degree from an accredited school of medicine;
- Board Certification in adult/Family psychiatry (or eligible) in the state of Massachusetts;
- Valid Medical License;
- Valid DEA
- Ability or willingness to work with an EMR system;
- Required experience PMHNP: 2 years.
Emergency Situations:
- Is aware that in order to respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies, any staff member may be assigned duties that differ from those in the job description, or may be assigned temporarily to a different location or schedule.
- Understands that all staff should have a Personal Emergency Plan in place to best respond to his/her job responsibilities should health center emergency arise.

Primary Responsibilities:
Providers are responsible for the health care, treatment, and education of patients within the scope of knowledge and skill. NP & PA will always work closely with their supervising physicians for coordination of care, training, and supervision.
Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Nurse/ Physician Assistant as well as a Certified Nurse Practitioner/ Physician Assistant with an extended practice license in the State of Massachusetts.
- CPR certification
- Nurse Practitioner with a Suboxone waiver will be preferred, if you do not have the waiver yet, we can help to obtain it.

Outpatient Clinician - LICSW, LMHC

Primary Responsibilities:
- Conducting initial evaluations and patient screenings
- Co-development and implementation of patient-centered treatment plans.
- Providing ongoing counseling services as clinically indicated.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary treatment team.
- Working collaboratively with outside providers and agencies when warranted
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
- Licensure at the LICSW, LMHC, or LADC 1 level
- Experience working with diverse adult client populations
- Base proficiency with computers, technology, and telemedicine
- Experience working with addictions and substance use disorders
- Experience and/or aptitude in working with electronic medical record systems

Medical Assistant

Primary Responsibilities:
In the clinical area the practice assistant, under the direction and supervision of a licensed Nurse or Provider, and in accordance with Clinical policies, procedures, protocols, and standards of practice participates in the delivery of patient care.
In the administrative area the practice assistant gathers patient information for registration, schedules appointments, and verifies demographic and financial information.
Delivers care and communicates in a non-judgmental, non-discriminatory manner and demonstrates respect for patients.
Requirements:
- CMA or RMA License/Certification
- Certified Medical Assistant: 1 year
- CPR knowledge
- HIPAA knowledge

- General administration tasks, such as photocopying, scanning, printing, and sorting/filing/sending documents
- Reminding the patients about upcoming appointments or necessary reminders via telephone, email, and text message.
- Using in-house software to book, switch, and cancel appointments.
- Handling calls from patients and calling them when necessary.
- Collecting payments from patients (cash, cards, and checks).
Requirements:
