If you let them help you they will be all the love and support you need until you are living your best life and have learned how to love yourself. Framingham is 5 ⭐ vs Quincy 1 ⭐ they don't care if you live or die in quincy. My experience since 2017 and just keeps getting worse period since 2020 they have completely forgotten about me. So today I called Framingham office and Peter was very helpful, kind and actually listen to me. Quincy does NOT answer the phone when I call. On doctor #10 & going on 4 year's NO THERAPY?? RUNAROUND SINCE ANDREW LEFT 2021. IM ON MEDICATION BY LAW SUPPOSED TO BE SEEN BY A THERAPIST. THAT'S HOW RECOVERY WORKS. I'VE BEEN 💯 on my own. I'VE BEGGED FOR THERAPY BUT BC LINDA PLOUDE (MY 1st THERAPIST) SHE BLACKBALLED ME. WON'T EVEN PICK UP THE PHONE FOR ME. I I CAN TELL THE RECEPTIONIST WANTS TO DO MORE BUT CAN'T. SOME THINGS IN THE COMPUTER. QUINCY OFFICE DOESN'T ANSWER WHEN I CALL. WHAT KIND OF PLACE DOES THAT? A PLACE THAT DOES MATT ASSISTED TREATMENT & MH. BUT YOU DON'T ANSWER FOR A CLIENT? SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE. I'M SORRY DOESN'T CUT IT AFTER WHAT I'VE BEEN THROUGH THE LAST 4 YEARS BC OF NEW HORIZON IN QUINCY. IT WAS THE FRAMINGHAM OFFICE THAT WAS HELPFUL!! I SPOKE TO PETER LIKE I SAID. SOUNDS LIKE THE FRAMINGHAM OFFICES MORE A LEGIT MEDICAL PRACTICE VS AN OFFICE THAT DOESN'T ANSWER AND PLAYS GAMES.. I'M A PATIENT WHY CAN'T I GET A THERAPIST THERE??? LINDA PLOUDE IS WHY. I'LL BE LEAVING SOON. MY LAST DOC SAID COUPLE MONTHS. SADLY I USED TO LOVE IT THERE THE 1ST YEAR OR 2

I didn't give this place five stars cuz I'm the type to just give something five stars I did it because of a person I'm experience in multiple personal experiences I've had at this office. There is a particular a very nice woman who works at the front along the very nice man. There's also an additional woman who works there as well and she is also very nice. I wish I could remember their names but I can remember one name kanar. She's got the biggest heart and is always been there to help me when I've been stuck. The staff including Shannon has been wonderful and so patient. I'm not sure where the bad reviews came from I can't speak for everyone but I can tell you from someone who's been going to these offices for a long time but this is a good place. They're not about profit they are about recovery. And if you are a bad place and need help this is the place to go. I hope you have the experience I've had. Thank you to all the staff and doctors for making a hard time manageable. Love you all.

Horizons has been a large part of me getting well. The front staff amazing and providers exceptionally wonderful. If you are looking for a better way of life while getting well, new horizons is where it’s at. We’ll forever be grateful for the continuing care and compassion that they give me thank you to each and every one of you.

This is hands down the best place in the North Shore to get treatment. EVERYONE that works there is extremely nice (especially Canar she is awesome!) and I never feel judged. I travel periodically for business and they are always very accommodating with me and I have the best Dr that I’ve ever had here. I can’t say enough positive things about New Horizons and the Lynn, MA location, if you are needing help with an opioid dependency and truly want to get treatment this is the place I would go to. 10 stars!

I've been coming to this business for little over 7 years. It has come a long way. I come here because I am very pleased with all my services. I love that I can have the options to have multiple doctors at one place. Instead of having to go to diff. Places. An the option of over the phone appointments, so I can still work etc. I love how clean and friendly all of the staff are. Overall I give Quincy a 5 star all around the board easily....thank you Quincy staff.

I have/had been involved with the practices of New Horizon. I will say this the Dr's they have a great, they aren't just writing you script and off you go. They really help out even remotely the feeling of empathy you can hear in there voices. The staff has been pretty consistent, extremely nice and patient which in a service like this that is important I would recommend it to anyone that is dealing with (Personally) or some one you love it's never to late or to early to change your life. New Horizon has been a part of that and I have been clean for 14 years now so as they day the proof is in the pudding.

This is the best MAT clinic I’ve ever been to. Everyone is respectful and kind. No judgment from anyone here, all they want to do is help. Appointments are always on time, no waits. I’d refer anyone in need to the Quincy location! Not like any other mat program I’ve been to. Jessi Kissimmee is a sweetheart and very helpful as well as all the office staff that work the desk. Dr smith is my doctor and she’s awesome
