New Horizons saved my life. The staff at NH believed in me and cared for me before I was able to truly believe in myself. They are the only outside agency that has NEVER let me down. If you let them help you they will be all the love and support you need until you are living your best life and have learned how to love yourself. You are not alone and there are wonderful humans in this world and those at NH will give you the true hope we all have been searching for in humanity. Give yourself the gift of hope and ask them for the help you deserve. I owe my life to them ❤️

Let me preface this with an update from Monday morning. Chris came through for me Monday, he called me immediately upon finding out I hadn't got my medications. He made sure someone would call me, he apologized for what happened, and told me it was inexcusable. The doctor has already called me and called in my medication, before 10am. Fortunately, I pick up the script mon or tues anyways, and anyone reading this should as well. Chris has been there a long time, takes pride in his work, and I know takes this seriously. This is what happened: I had my appointment Friday, the doctor was gone for the weekend, but I should have gotten the call Saturday morning. By 130pm Saturday, I hadn't, so I called, and the staff seemed concerned by it, and put me on hold. The calls on hold get hung up on after a bit, which if I were them, I would probably change, let the customer know, or call them back, instead of essentially hanging up on them. My medication was not sent in, and I was told it would be, but they close at 2pm and I was told to wait till 3pm, so what do I do then? I called after 3pm, left a message, emailed them, and of course, they were gone for the weekend. If you do not have an answering service, or no notification for when this happens, then it probably should not happen. I luckily had a backup plan for this, so I did not run out, but I think the clinic could handle this scenario better, and I am sure they will in the future. They used to have some kind of service, or a staff member, covering the weekends for this exact scenario.

CHRIS and EVERYONE ELSE ROCKS! FANTASIC STAFF - CARING, TIMELY, and THEY PUT OTHERS BEFORE THEMSELVES. If Your'e looking for people who you can truly depend on, this SPECIFIC New Horizons Location trumps all of the others (Brookline, Quincy, Lynn) Because the admin staff possess a sense of urgency and an ability to get things done, that the other offices simply do not possess. This office also takes more time to get to know each patient personally, including specific needs. They will truly care for you, no matter what your situation, and that's the essence of what a good doctor's office should be. They are transparent in their communication, and are understanding and listening. They value Honesty, and if you have a slip up, and immediately and tell them, as they will not punish you, but help you. Any negative reviews must be from patients who either are not truthful, or do not comply.

I’ve been coming here for many years now and you guys are great people you always make me feel cared for and we need more places like this to help people and Dennis st the front desk is always there to greet me and is very nice and nurse Courtney is awsome I love you guys ❤️

This is hands down the best place in the North Shore to get treatment. EVERYONE that works there is extremely nice (especially Canar she is awesome!) and I never feel judged. I travel periodically for business and they are always very accommodating with me and I have the best Dr that I’ve ever had here. I can’t say enough positive things about New Horizons and the Lynn, MA location, if you are needing help with an opioid dependency and truly want to get treatment this is the place I would go to. 10 stars!

Jasmine goes above and beyond and deserves a raise. Seriously. I'm still blown away that someone went out of their way like she did to help me. People like her deserve to be recognized. I've been coming here for a long time, and there's a reason I stay at this location. Thanks to the whole staff for always being kind and understanding 👍 and give Jasmine a raise!! No one has helped me solve an issue like that in a while. I never leave reviews like this.

I've been coming to this business for little over 7 years. It has come a long way. I come here because I am very pleased with all my services. I love that I can have the options to have multiple doctors at one place. Instead of having to go to diff. Places. An the option of over the phone appointments, so I can still work etc. I love how clean and friendly all of the staff are. Overall I give Quincy a 5 star all around the board easily....thank you Quincy staff.

I have/had been involved with the practices of New Horizon. I will say this the Dr's they have a great, they aren't just writing you script and off you go. They really help out even remotely the feeling of empathy you can hear in there voices. The staff has been pretty consistent, extremely nice and patient which in a service like this that is important I would recommend it to anyone that is dealing with (Personally) or some one you love it's never to late or to early to change your life. New Horizon has been a part of that and I have been clean for 14 years now so as they day the proof is in the pudding.

This is the best MAT clinic I’ve ever been to. Everyone is respectful and kind. No judgment from anyone here, all they want to do is help. Appointments are always on time, no waits. I’d refer anyone in need to the Quincy location! Not like any other mat program I’ve been to. Jessi Kissimmee is a sweetheart and very helpful as well as all the office staff that work the desk. Dr smith is my doctor and she’s awesome
